![]() International Art Festival at Peace Arch Park. The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM, French: Muse royal de lOntario) is a museum of art, world culture and natural history in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The ten fingerprints used in this bridge are named after ten Nobel Peace Prize Laureates, all of whom have endorsed the idea of fingerprints for peace: Yitzhak Rabin, Jody Williams, Cora Weiss, Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, the Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu, Adolfo Perez Esquivel, Betty Williams, Mairead Corrigan Maguire and Martin Luther King, Jr. A bridge to peace has been forged of fingerprints, symbolizing our common humanity.
